Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management tool, which will grant you full command over your mail accounts and newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new e-mail box in no time and administer its settings easily. What's more, you can forward e-mails from one e-mailbox to another, finetune email filters, create autoresponder messages and shield your e-mail accounts against spam messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your e-mail boxes against junk mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesirable messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain email box.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for sorting your incoming mails based on certain criteria defined by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily set up a filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and select the e-mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming email messages from one electronic mail account to another, or even to a number of other email accounts. Just choose the e-mail account you would like to redirect messages from, then choose the destination e-mailbox and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly set up the electronic mail client of your liking to access your mailbox accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you wish to set up on your computer or mobile device and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email box account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple mailbox accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to easily set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will take care of everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
